of experience manufacturing quality products for the automotive, aviation, agricultural,
construction, athletic and consumer markets.

Since the purchase of our signature Plugr walk-behind aerator lineup over 10 years ago, the
same attention to design details, efficient quality-oriented manufacturing, and superior customer
service that serves us well in other industries has defined our commitment to our green
industry customer base.

Not content to rest on our laurels, we continue to make improvements to existing models and
add new turf equipment to our line. Recent product line additions include an enhanced PL830
walk-behind aerator with up to 35 percent more productivity, a walk-behind DT220 dethatcher with
an optional seed hopper, and a tow-behind SL3660 turf slicer for large commercial and sport
field maintenance.

With over 100,000 square feet, complete in-house manufacturing capabilities and over
200 corporate staff members, SourceOne is well-positioned to continue a longstanding growth
