LEXINGTON, KY – Improcrop, a subsidiary company of Alltech, Inc., has received OMRI (Organic Materials Research Institute) listing for two agronomic products; Crop-Set and Soil-Set can now be used in organic-certified production.  Both products are listed as ‘Fertilizers Blended with Micronutrients’ in the Crop Fertilizers and Soil Amendments class.

Crop-Set is a source of micronutrients for improving plant growth and harvest yields in fruit, tuber, vegetable, and seed production. Soil-Set activates soil microflora to favor growth and plant root health and is a crop residue treatment designed to enhance degradation.
Since 1993, Improcrop has produced a range of innovative plant nutrition technologies derived from yeast fermentation. The company’s mission is to develop natural solutions to solve the agronomic challenges faced by producers throughout the world.
