Brackett Out as TruGreen President

The ServiceMaster Company, headquartered in Memphis, Tenn., announced through a recent SEC filing that Thomas G. Brackett, president of the company’s TruGreen segment, has resigned from the company, effective Oct. 9. 

He remained employed with the company in a non-executive officer capacity until Oct. 15.  The company’s chief executive officer, Hank Mullany, is serving as interim president of TruGreen until a new president is hired. The company and Brackett are discussing the specific terms of a separation agreement, which will be publicly disclosed at such time as an agreement is reached between the parties, according to the filing.
