For those of us in the far northern climates, the optimum time to establish new lawns from seed passed weeks ago.
Those of us living and working below the Mason-Dixon have a much better chance of getting turfgrass established yet this fall if we act quickly. As with all things involving live plants, Mother Nature has a lot to say about the success of our efforts. Who knows, we may get another mild winter like we got last year.
