Tim Hogan has joined the field sales team for the Engines and Power Products Division at Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. He will have responsibility for supporting retailers of the brand’s products in a territory that includes Long Island, N.Y., New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Hogan, whose resume includes more than 20 years of retail experience, will join a sales team that has helped Kawasaki grow its general purpose engines and hand-held power products business substantially over the past few years. His first-hand knowledge of the issues faced by the dealer community will be an asset as the company develops plans to enhance future business development.
According to Hogan, My varied background in the outdoor power equipment retailing business will help to cultivate new relationships, as well as build upon the existing prosperous relationships that exist between Kawasaki and its dealer base.”
Most recently, Hogan was with Long Island Power Equipment in Hicksville and Massapequa, N.Y., for 13 years. He also served as manager of Empire Power Tools in Patterson, N.Y., for eight years.
