GREENBUSH, Minn. — Altoz zero turn mower’s parent company, Central Boiler, recently held its annual profit-sharing meeting at its headquarters where owners Dennis and Terri Brazier announced end-of-the-year bonuses would be distributed to all 231 employees, totaling more than $1.26 million dollars. This marks the 23rd consecutive year of profit sharing for Central Boiler and includes the company matching up to 15% of the contributions employees made to their 401K accounts. Factors used to calculate employees’ bonuses include length of employment and the company’s profit for the year.

To give insight on the future of Altoz, the company’s outdoor power equipment division, Dennis Brazier discussed new mower models unveiled this fall and gave an update on the company’s successes, including growing their product line and dealer network.

“We continue to broaden the Altoz model lineup — giving our growing dealer network and customers more options to choose from. This year we were excited to add the XR series, which is a commercial quality zero-turn mower with a price that falls within the residential segment. Altoz currently has 33 models of zero-turn mowers and we’ve increased our efforts to grow our dealer network throughout the United States,” said Brazier.

Seven-year service awards were also presented to five employees in recognition of their dedication and commitment of excellence to the 30+ year old company, Central Boiler. “Over 60 percent of our employees have been with us over seven years, which is truly amazing,” commented Terri Brazier.
