Signature Control Systems Announces Central U.S. Regional Sales Manager

Award-winning irrigation pro will work closely with SCS Distributors to develop and expand the growth of Signature products in the central United States.

IRVINE, California — Signature Control Systems, Inc. today announced the hiring of Johan Nimb as Central U.S. Regional Sales Manager.

A 25-year irrigation professional, Nimb will be responsible for working directly with Signature’s distributors and sales teams throughout the central United States.

“Johan knows irrigation and will be a tremendous addition to the Signature sales team,” announced Bob Finnegan, Signature’s vice president of sales and marketing. “His experience in both distribution and contracting has given him the technical expertise needed to truly support our distributors.”

A native of South Africa and current Katy, Texas resident, Nimb launched his career in irrigation distribution before shifting to contracting. He managed his own irrigation contracting business for over 15 years.

With experience in both residential and commercial, the licensed Texas irrigator has completed installations at more than 200 sports fields and four golf courses, earning many professional awards and honors for his work.

Nimb was awarded a Gold Award of Excellence in Sports Irrigation by the landscape Irrigation Association for his work on the field at Cape Town Stadium (South Africa), used for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. He was also honored for his work on the Royal Cape Golf Course in Cape Town, South Africa.
