Denver, Colorado – Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care has announced it has acquired Advanced Tree and Lawn Concepts. In conjunction with Swingle’s acquisition of Nitro-Green lawn and tree care customers in November last year, the purchase is part of Swingle’s strategy to expand its presence along the Boulder/Longmont corridor and ultimately open its third branch in the local community.
With plans to open a new branch between its Denver and Ft. Collins, Colo., offices this spring, the Advanced Tree and Lawn Concepts acquisition, coupled with the retention of its owner Bill DeStefano, will contribute to a successful launch by seamlessly providing a mature customer base for the new branch.
