WACO, Texas – The Grounds Guys, a new service franchise in the green industry is getting a new national training center for its U.S. locations. A grand opening event was held Jan. 13 in Waco, Texas.
In 2010, The Dwyer Group partnered with Sunshine Grounds Care in Canada to found The Grounds Guys. Since then it has become one of the fastest growing franchise networks across the United States, according to a release from the company. The Grounds Guys teams have grown to nearly 50 U.S. locations. The national training center was developed to help expand each locations, as well as future franchisee locations, skill level and knowledge.
"We wanted to provide our franchisees with an increased level of knowledge and ability to provide a higher quality of service to customers," says Ron Madera, president of The Grounds Guys in the release. "Our established systems and continuous professional training will allow us to deliver industry-leading lawn care and landscape solutions to large commercial and residential customers."
