FAIRFIELD, Ohio – FINN Corporation welcomes several new members to its organization as it looks towards increased market share and greater industry leadership. Greg Lee has accepted the position of vice president sales, marketing & aftermarket. He joins FINN with more than 20 years of experience in industrial product and mobile equipment sales force management, marketing, aftermarket/customer care and new product development, as well as a background in sales channel management. Stephen Barnes has been hired as chief financial officer. He will be working with FINN’s current CFO and executive vice president, Tom McDonald, until McDonald retires later this year. Barnes is a CPA with a background as a CFO and senior financial leader for industrial and manufacturing companies in the Midwest. Additionally, as vice president of operations, Matt Day’s duties have been expanded to include not only the company’s engineering department, but also ensuring that products meet customer delivery, quality, cost and performance requirements. Plus he will oversee and manage new product development activities. Earlier this year, Tim Gerbus, director of dealer development, added management of the FINN distribution sales managers to his current dealer network management duties; Tim Boyle was also hired in 2014 as director of aftermarket and customer care to manage the aftermarket activities for the parts, service and warranty departments. FINN also recently added distribution sales managers for the western region and southeast region, so that FINN now has a full complement of internal and external sales staff to help promote both dealer and direct sales. Additionally, FINN has added resources to its engineering department to provide additional product support and an emphasis on innovation.
