We’re pleased to announce the addition of five new commercial clients in the Triangle area,” says Currin. “Leslie Herndon closed deals at 5711 Six Forks Road in Raleigh (managed by Mickels and Jones) and 2400 Ellis Road in Durham (managed by Cassidy Turley). Greg Smith brought in The Estates at Wake Forest, Waterstone at Brier Creek (both managed by Trade Street Residential) and the Town of Holly Springs. With this new business and the start of the busiest part of the landscaping season, we’re looking to fill 35 new positions.”
