The National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), and other landscaping groups, has sued over new H-2B regulations issued by the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Labor urging a Florida federal court to block the agencies’ action Thursday, June 4 saying they are being irreparably harmed by the rules’ alleged violation of the Administrative Procedure Act. The NALP complaint urges the Florida’s Northern District to enjoin the action taken by the two agencies saying the new rules are harming domestic workers among other issues.
