The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) is announcing a Design/Build/Installation Symposium, Nov.15-17, at the Westin Galleria, Dallas, Texas.
The event starts Thursday, Nov. 15, with a daylong tour of the Lambert Landscape facility (lunch included) and many of its award-winning gardens. Paul Fields of Lambert’s Nursery will conclude the tour by opening the Symposium with The Garden as a Room”.
Friday, Nov. 16, features presentations by John Binkele of Ewing (“Selling Skills for the Landscape Professional”); Kevin Doud, Grand Effects (“Fire and Water Effects-Grand Effects”); Jan Moyer, Jan Moyer Design, LLC (“Outdoor Lighting: The Visual Connection to Gardens After Dark”); and day-ending session on “New Technology Trends.”
On Saturday, Nov. 17, attendees will hear from Richard Lehr, Middlebrooks & Vreeland, PC (“Claims and Contracts: Dealing with Customers, Employees and Regulators”) and Mark Bradley, TBG Landscape and Landscape Management Network (“Mastering the Business side of Design-Build”).
