MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The ServiceMaster Co., based here, has delayed it’s the spinoff of its TruGreen division, which was targeted to close Dec. 31. The company announced the temporary delay in a Form 8-K filing with the Securitie & Exchange Commission Dec. 31.
"ServiceMaster is committed to the planned separation and spin-off of the TruGreen business as being in the best interests of all of its businesses," the company said in the filing. No date for the spin-off was indicated in the filing.
