CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Motz Group, LLC (TMG), based here, named Zach Burns, as its new president, effective Feb. 1. 

Burns began working with TMG in early 2008 with his focus on sales and marketing.  Working up through the ranks from installing fields to director, then vice president and now president.

"From project inception through construction and on-going maintenance, Zach and his capable team work hand in hand with field owners to ensure an excellent experience." Says Darian Daily, gead groundskeeper of Paul Brown Stadium, home of the Cincinnati Bengals.

Burns is involved with the Synthetic Turf Council and Vistage International. Burns earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Behavior and Management at Brown University in Providence, R.I. As a tight end for the Bears, he earned 1st-Team All American and All-Ivy honors during his football career. Zach resides in his childhood hometown of Lebanon, Ohio with his wife Jennifer and their three children.
