Orlando, Fla.-Franchise owners in Kentucky and New Jersey are the newest members of U.S. Lawns’ prestigious Hall of Fame, and a fellow owner-operator from South Carolina is the latest recipient of the President’s Award, the company announced today.
Adam Neville, who owns two franchises in Louisville, Ky., and Joshua Gamez, who owns seven franchises in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida, earned entry into the Hall of Fame because of their businesses’ outstanding growth and dedication to the mission of U.S. Lawns. Other criteria for selection to the Hall of Fame include adhering to high ethical standards and committing to the training and development of high-performing staff.
Steven Keys, owner-operator of eight franchises in South Carolina and Georgia, received the company’s elite President’s Award. To earn this award, a franchisee must consistently meet or exceed all U.S. Lawns standards for customer satisfaction and revenue while spending time mentoring and leading other franchisees in the system to success. Keys is a U.S. Lawns Hall of Fame member.
"Adam, Joshua and Steven exemplify the leadership qualities we expect of our franchisees," said Ken Hutcheson, U.S. Lawns president. "Their businesses are wonderful examples of the type of professional and financial success possible within our franchise structure."
The three franchisees were honored during U.S. Lawns’ Annual Conference and 25th Anniversary Celebration in Orlando, Oct. 6-8.
