QXpress Scheduling Software has released QXpress Version 10 for field service companies that use QuickBooks.

A new feature for QXpress Platinum and Enterprise users will make it possible to create “prospective” customers in QXpress without automatically posting those accounts to QuickBooks. Other enhancements include automated reminders for database back-up, auto-refresh of the scheduling calendar and login permissions that can restrict staff access of customer data to “read-only.”

Curtis Industries has added the PathPro SS cab system for the Polaris Ranger 800 Crew UTV to its line of cab systems.

The cab system’s rugged design withstands a host of obstacles and its main feature is the interior, offering almost 100 percent panoramic visibility.

Using 30-ounce clear, double-polished vinyl, it fits snug around the entire vehicle, making the ride virtually air-tight with minimal noise intrusion. Each cab features a steel roof with textured powdered-coat paint and acoustic headliner that comes in two pieces. A Spreader for Tight Applications

SnowEx’s SD-95 drop spreader is ideal for sidewalks, driveways and other tight applications. Living on the Edge

CEAttachments, Inc. has added the EDGE Hydraulic Sand Spreader to its lineup of attachments for skid steer loaders, which can spread sand or sand/salt mixtures on icy sidewalks, driveways, parking lots or roads from only 29 inches wide up to 28 feet for larger areas. The versatile attachment lets you scoop the sand into a self-loading 8-cubic-foot hopper that features an agitator to prevent bridging of material and ensures constant flow. A heavy-duty screen with 3-inch openings is bolted to the top to protect the components inside, and material moves down through three adjustable gates at the bottom of the hopper and onto an 18-inch wheel with six paddles that disperse the material. Side steps are positioned on each side of the unit for easy access to and from the cab. The unit requires 10 to 22 GPM hydraulic flow. An optional sidewalk deflector kit is available.

Smooth Sod Cutting

Classen’s 2011 Hydro-Drive Sod Cutter is available with a 12-inch blade with 5.5 hp Honda engine; an 18-inch blade with 5.5 or 8 hp Honda engine; 20-inch blade with 8 hp Honda engine; and 24-inch blade with 8 hp Honda engine. The units all sport a new ergonomic handle with elastomeric vibration dampening system and bearing isolators that reduce the vibration felt by the operator, as well as fingertip throttle for easy, adjustable speed control. Other features include a hydrostatic drive for infinitely variable transport speeds of up to 4.7 mph and powered reverse, center blade placement that ensures a more consistent cutting depth, and easy depth adjustment up to 2.5 inches.

The Dominator

The Dixie Chopper Dominator combines four-wheel drive versatility with zero-turn maneuverability in a lawn mowing machine. Powered by a 33 hp Generac gas engine, the unit makes hillsides and inclines readily accessible to quality mowing. A custom front-end mechanism activates the front casters, allowing the mower to operate on four full-size wheels with four wheel motors when the casters are raised. It will run on two full-size rear wheels in unison with the front casters when they are in the down position. The operation of the caster wheels can be changed by a simple toggle switch.

The mower comes with a 56-inch deck, which is connected to an automatic deck-leveling system to ensure the deck remains level when switching the operation of the caster wheels.
