Wright Mfg., Inc., announced it has filed a patent infringement complaint against The Toro Co. (NYSE: TTC) and Exmark Mfg. Co., Inc., in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Wright filed the complaint for infringement of two of Wright’s lawn mower deck lift patents (U.S. Patent No. 6,438,931 and U.S. Patent No. 6,935,093) and seeks damages, injunctive relief and other compensation.
