WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – NDS, an industry leader in stormwater management, efficient irrigation and flow management, has acquired the DrainTech product line from Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc.
DrainTech offers a line of basins, channels and grates that have been designed to provide maximum performance with minimal maintenance.
The purchase represents an important addition to NDS’s industry-leading line of surface and subsurface drainage products sold widely across the United States and the world. NDS will be consolidating the DrainTech product line into its Lindsay, Calif., manufacturing facility and will begin shipping from all NDS regional warehouses in the near future. These products will continue to be sold under the DrainTech brand.
ADS will continue to process, ship and invoice orders for the product lines purchased by NDS for a short transition period.
