The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) has awarded Dallas-based Southern Botanical, Inc. with two prestigious Grand Awards and two Merit Awards for exemplary work.
The awards will be presented at the 44th annual PLANET 2013 National Landscape Awards
of Excellence Program. This is the premier national awards program in the landscape industry and the awards ceremony is part of PLANET’s Green Industry Conference held in October. The Grand Award is the program’s top category.
PLANET’s awards program recognizes interiorscape, landscape and lawn care professionals who design and create superior projects, and reflects the association’s commitment to supporting members in the creation and preservation of great landscapes.
This year’s Grand award winning projects included the Royal Oaks Country Club pool renovation project in the Commercial Landscape Contracting category, and the Corporate Campus Interiorscape in the Interior Maintenance category. Southern Botanical won two Grand awards at last year’s award ceremony as well. Both those Grand awards
were later also awarded the exclusive Judges Awards.
In addition to the two coveted Grand Awards, Southern Botanical was awarded two Merit Awards. They received one in the Residential Maintenance category and one in the Residential Installation category.
