FORT COLLINS, Colo. -The Fort Collins team of Swingle Lawn, Tree and Landscape Care compiled a one-year injury-free record while working over 50,000 hours beautifying Colorado lawns and trees. March 3, 2012, marked 13 consecutive months of this achievement.
Swingle was also honored by the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce as Company of the Month in February 2012. Landscape Care Consultants Eric Shaub, Sye Vasquez and Dan Simpson gave the presentation to the Chamber’s Red Carpet Committee. Swingle was selected in large part due to its continued contributions to the Chamber and the Fort Collins business community.
"Our continuing commitment to safety and the Fort Collins community is paying dividends," says Tom Lynch, Swingle Fort Collins branch manager. "Weekly safety meetings, monthly breakfast celebrations, and ongoing safety awareness training while in the field have had a big impact on our safety record."
"Much of the work we do," adds Tom Tolkacz, Swingle CEO, "is hazardous. With its focus on safety and giving back to the community, our Fort Collins team provides comfort for our clients while setting the standard for the entire lawn care and tree care industry. Our entire organization salutes them."
Swingle sponsorships include Colorado State University men’s basketball and the Fort Collins Garden Tour. Swingle has provided lawn care and tree care services to the Fort Collins community since 2005.
