Terex Corporation (TEX) will leverage the combined strengths of Terex Equipment Services (TES) and Crane America Services (CAS), the North American service segment of Terex Material Handling and Port Solutions (MH & PS), to form the new service provider: Terex Services North America.

This change will be effective December 2012 and will be aligned under the Terex Aerial Work Platform (AWP) business segment. The new service provider will be led by Siva Balakrishnan, Terex AWP vice president and general manager, Terex Services North America.

Through this integration, Terex Services customers will now have access to an even more powerful service network of 900 team members operating in more than 50 markets. The two service organizations have already expanded their reach into new geographies by leveraging a combined footprint of CAS and TES in Columbus, Ohio, and Denver, Colo.
