MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. – TrynEx got its start in 1977 as a lawn care and snow removal company. It evolved into making lawn care and snow removal equipment in the mid-1990s before it was acquired by Douglas Dynamics last year. Since becoming a division of Douglas Dynamics the company has hired staff and improved its facility in Madison Heights. It has hired a dozen people over the last year for engineering and production positions, expanding its staff to just more than 50 employees and a couple of interns. It is also looking to hire a salesperson. TrynEx has also invested in improving its facility in Madison Heights.
